Ramsey is a 7 month old black lab mix who came to the shelter on November 6, 2015 as an owner surrender. Ramsey is a very friendly and wiggly puppy, and he loves his volunteer friends! He loves being pet and he will lay in your lap for you to rub his belly. He is an energetic guy, but he is still easy to handle.
